Return Policy

TrueSpare.in offers a 30-day return policy for used, original mobile spare parts. Returns must meet the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
• Items must be defective, damaged, or incorrect as delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
• Items with removed or altered serial numbers.
• Items not purchased from TrueSpare.in.

Return Process

1. Contact support@truespare.in with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with the RMA number included.
4. Ship the item via the provided courier within 5 business days of RMA approval.

Shipping Costs

TrueSpare.in covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
